Not a Contract for Services

Nothing on this Site, including scheduling tools, estimate request forms,
availability, or any pricing or “starting at” information, constitutes a
binding contract to perform roofing or construction services.

Binding Agreements: A legal obligation for us to perform services exists only if a separate written Work Agreement, Proposal, or similar contract is signed by you and an authorized representative of the Company.

Precedence: If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed Work Agreement, the signed Work Agreement controls for all aspects of the physical project and services.

Estimates and Inspections

Any figures provided through the Site or by phone are non-binding preliminary
estimates only. Actual project scope and cost may change based on physical
inspection, local building code and permit requirements, manufacturer
requirements, material availability and pricing, weather, roof system
conditions, and unforeseen structural or substrate conditions discovered
before or during work.

Website Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the maximum
extent permitted by law:

• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of
  accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose,
  and non-infringement.
• We are not responsible for outages, technical errors, delays, or your
  reliance on Site content.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law,
we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential,
or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site. If
liability cannot be fully excluded, our total liability for any Site-related
claim is limited to the amount you paid (if any) specifically for access to
or use of the Site during the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving
rise to the claim.
